Our sponsoring work news - Post-Quake Asbestos Mask Project

Here is one of our sponsor design works for the Post-Quake Asbestos Mask Project.
The project team will be giving away face masks designed for protecting against asbestos flying after an earthquake, and this leaflet will be contained in the mask package to appear on 17 Jan at the project event in Kobe.

It basically explains the fact that there still are tons and tons of asbestos remaining in buildings in Japan, which will scatter in the affected region once a big earthquake occurs, and gives information on how to prepare against the post-quake disaster caused by asbestos.

*”Sponsor design work” means R-MHOOT do not charge anything for the work but participate in the project as one of the sponsors.

- The symposium board obtained grant and decided to pay us design fees, which we accepted after lots of thoughts.
We decided to utilise the fees to design & order original goods featuring the MASK mark for the project team to use throughout their campaigns.

＊09年12月17日注記：
プロジェクトに助成金が出たこともあり、シンポジウム実行委員会において、弊方に対するデザイン報酬予算を申請することが決定したそうです。

アートディレクション＆デザインについては無償奉仕のつもりで関わってきたため、大変迷いましたが、報酬については有り難く拝受した上で、それを元手にマークを用いたオリジナルグッズをデザイン＆オーダーして、寄贈してお返しをすることにいたしました。
